Foundry for Good backs companies that sell to nonprofits, schools and associations. We are building a group of businesses that know this market well enough to grow inside it, and a panel of investors who have already done it.
This forum is for founders whose companies are past the idea stage and who understand the buyers they are selling to. We look for operators who know the sector from the inside and can show what their business is already doing in it.
The form has four sections: the first is for eligibility, the second is about you, the founder, the third is about the business, and the fourth is the ask.

Every applicant hears back
Our panel reads each application and scores it against the same criteria before we write to you with a decision.

If you are selected, you will get your time slot and the Zoom link at least a week beforehand. You will have 10 to 15 minutes to present, followed by questions from the panel.

Any panel member who wants to take it further will contact you directly. Each of them writes checks of $25K to $100K.
Application details
Here's what to know before you start.
There are five things we check, and the form asks all of them on the first screen, so if one of them rules you out you'll know before you fill in the rest.
You're a for-profit company, and we don't invest in nonprofits.
You sell to nonprofits, schools, associations or faith-based organizations, and while it doesn't have to be all you sell to, you do have to be selling there now.
You have paying customers, so pilots and letters of intent don't count.
You're open to selling a minority stake.
A founder can present live on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 2:00pm ET.
There are 33 questions across the four sections, and all of them are published before you open the form with their character limits, so you can draft your answers in a document and paste them in. You can also leave and come back without losing anything.
Where a question asks about revenue, customers or growth, it's better to give us the number than to describe it, and where it asks what you do, one sentence is enough.
Applications close Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm ET, and you'll hear back either way by Wednesday, October 7. If you're selected, your slot and the Zoom link arrive at least a week before the forum, which runs Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 2:00pm ET.
The dates are fixed for this round, so if you miss it the next forum will have its own.
Your application goes to Foundry for Good and to the panel reviewing this round, and nobody outside that group sees it, so it isn't published or sold.
If you're selected, the panel reads your answers before you present, so you won't spend your slot on background, and if you're not, we keep them on file for the next round unless you'd rather we deleted them.
Does it cost anything to apply or to present? No, there's no fee to apply and no fee to present.
Do we have to be based in the United States? No, the forum runs on Zoom and the panel invests across borders.
Can more than one founder join the call? Yes, though one person should lead the pitch.
What if we're not ready this round? You can still apply, and we or our advisors can opt to mentor if you have the right idea.
Get investment from the operators who built this market.
On Thursday, October 15, 2026, a panel of angel investors, funders, and operators who are already backing the sector will hear founders pitch on Zoom. Each of them writes checks of $25K to $100K.
